Natural Fertility Optimization Begins Here!
What is Mercier Therapy?
Mercier Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique that uses targeted visceral manipulation to support pelvic health and improve fertility outcomes for women of all ages.
Treatment is performed through careful external manipulation of the abdomen to help reduce adhesions and improve blood flow to the pelvic organs, ligaments, muscles, and surrounding structures, including the hips and lower back.
Mercier Therapy was developed by Dr. Jennifer Mercier to support pelvic health and reproductive function by addressing scar tissue and improving mobility within the reproductive system.
Natural Fertility Optimization with Mercier Therapy
The Shared Journey Fertility Program
The Shared Journey Fertility Program is a complete, comprehensive program for natural fertility. It includes 6 consecutive sessions of Mercier Therapy, as well as continued “tune-up” sessions. This gentle, non-invasive visceral manipulative technique is done abdominally and does not require vaginal work.
The Shared Journey Fertility Program can be used as a stand-alone regimen or in preparation for a medically assisted cycle such as ICI, IUI, or IVF. We highly recommend that you prepare your body properly prior to starting any medically assisted fertility cycle to help increase the likelihood of a successful first cycle. The Shared Journey can be completed in time for your stim start.
According to research, Mercier therapy offers hope for a holistic, natural approach to conceiving. Studies have suggested an 83% success rate with Mercier Therapy for conception, both for natural and medically assisted implantation.
Studies suggest a 5-35% success rate with IVF.

Meet Dr. Nicole Niu
Omaha’s Mercier Therapy Specialist
As a certified Mercier Therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping women on their journey to conception.
I’ve noticed a big gap in care—women often go straight from their OB to invasive treatments like IVF without addressing the underlying issues that might be affecting their fertility.
My goal is to bridge that gap by offering hands-on, holistic care to improve pelvic and abdominal health, boost fertility potential, and help women feel more confident and empowered on their journey.
I have personally seen how tough and isolating the path to parenthood can be for so many women. That's why I’m so committed to providing care that’s compassionate, effective, and truly focused on the whole person. My hope is to help women feel supported and give them tools to take charge of their fertility journey in a way that feels right for them.
